I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Florida Orthopaedic Institute. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect by the staff. Dr. Chancellor Gray is a highly skilled and compassionate surgeon who took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all my questions. The entire staff is top-notch, from the nurses to the administrative team, everyone is friendly and professional.The office is well-organized and clean, with a comfortable waiting area and state-of-the-art equipment. The use of NFC mobile payments and credit cards is a nice touch, making it easy to settle my bill. I also appreciated the wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom.I was a bit worried about the wait time, but it was well worth it. Dr. Gray took the time to carefully examine me and explain everything in detail.
