This location has its ups and downs. While it's a great place to start, some clients had a terrible experience. The address of Building 33, 671 Sticks st Street, Davenport City is convenient for visiting Disney parks. However, the quality of the apartments leaves much to be desired. The clients reported issues with cockroaches and fire ants infestation, broken air conditioning, and unclean pool. The management company seems to have poor customer service and does not properly maintain the homes. One client even reported being told that algae and mold in the pool is safe. On the bright side, the location is wheelchair accessible and Championsgate is a well-known co-brand. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by issues with the property.
