This storage facility seems to offer a great experience for customers. The staff, including Dustin and Jim, are highly praised for their friendliness, helpfulness, and exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to make the process of renting and using the storage units as smooth and stress-free as possible. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, with amenities such as climate-controlled units and 24-hour monitoring. One customer mentioned that Dustin is particularly helpful and knowledgeable, and another praised the staff's ability to remember customers' names and faces. The facility's location is also convenient, and the prices are competitive. However, one customer did mention that a staff member seemed bothered by their questions, which is an isolated incident.Overall, Century Storage seems to be a reliable and trustworthy option for anyone in need of storage space. The staff is committed to providing excellent service, and the facility is well-maintained and secure. While there may be some minor issues here and there, the positive reviews far outweigh the negative ones, making it a great choice for customers.
