This business is a standout in the Lakeland area, offering top-notch services and facilities for boat and RV storage. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, with many customers raving about their excellent customer service. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, with secure and easy-to-access storage options. While there is no information available on the business's level of innovativeness, it is clear that they have successfully established themselves as a reliable and trustworthy option for those in need of storage solutions. However, one issue does stand out: there is a lack of clear communication regarding the hours of operation on Sundays. While the business is open from 9am to 5pm on weekdays, it is unclear whether they are open at all on Sundays, or if they have limited hours. This could be a potential issue for customers who need to access their storage units on weekends.
