This place has proven to be a reliable choice for many pet owners in the area. The quality of service is consistently high, with customers praising the groomers' attention to detail and ability to work with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. The pricing is also reasonable, with many customers noting that they are happy with the cost. However, there is one issue that has been raised in the past - a case where a groomer accidentally cut a dog, which resulted in a scab of dried blood behind the dog's ear. Thankfully, the groomer took responsibility and refunded the customer's money, but this incident highlights the importance of carefully training staff to ensure that accidents do not happen. Overall, Central Park Grooming is a great option for pet owners in the area, but it's essential to be aware of this potential issue. The groomers are known for being caring and flexible, and the facility is wheelchair accessible, making it a great choice for owners with mobility issues. Despite this incident, the majority of customers have been extremely satisfied with the service they've received, and the groomers' commitment to providing a positive experience for dogs and their owners is clear.
