This storage service facility at Building 11425, Walter Hunter Rd Road, Lithia City, offers a convenient location for businesses. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that can accommodate people with mobility issues. It's also wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming space for all visitors. The facility is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and it's closed on weekends. There is some confusion among visitors about the best route to take to reach the facility. Some people recommend using CR-39 to HWY 640 and then turning onto Walter Hunter Rd. Others suggest ignoring the "No Trucks" signs and following the directions to the facility. Despite some minor issues with loading times and trailer weight, the staff is generally described as friendly and polite. Many visitors have appreciated the facility's quick service, with some even finishing their unloading tasks within 15 minutes. However, there have been instances where visitors have had to wait for several hours or even overnight due to slow loading or issues with the facility's operations. The facility also offers clean restrooms and overnight parking for drivers. It's a convenient option for businesses looking for a place to load and unload their goods. However, it's essential to note that some visitors have experienced issues with the facility's operations, and it's recommended to plan ahead and check reviews before visiting.
