This location is a used car dealer in Kissimmee, Florida, with a wide selection of vehicles, including Acura, Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, MINI, Nissan, Ram, Toyota, and Volkswagen. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some reviewers mentioning that they went above and beyond to assist with their needs. Many reviewers have had positive experiences with the mechanics, who are said to be skilled and reliable. Some reviewers have also praised the reasonable prices and variety of services offered, including oil changes and used tire sales. However, a few reviewers have had issues with dishonest sales practices and poor communication. One major issue that has been raised by several reviewers is the lack of transparency and honesty from the sales staff. Some reviewers have reported being sold cars with hidden problems or being misled about the condition of the vehicle. This has led to a loss of trust and credibility for the business. The physical location of the business appears to be well-maintained, with reviewers mentioning that the building and surrounding area are clean and well-organized. The working hours are also conveniently long, making it easy for customers to visit during their free time.Overall, while this location has its strengths, including a wide selection of vehicles and skilled mechanics, it also has some major weaknesses, including dishonest sales practices and a lack of transparency.
