I was a bit skeptical about visiting the CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Kissimmee City. However, my first impression was positive. The location was easy to find, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who helped me with the paperwork and got me checked in quickly. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable waiting area. I was seen by a medical assistant who was very attentive and thorough in taking my vitals and preparing me for the doctor's visit. My doctor was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear guidance on next steps. One thing that stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff. From the receptionist to the medical assistants and doctors, everyone I interacted with was warm and courteous. However, I did notice that the wait times were a bit long, and it took some time to get a response to my messages and phone calls. This was a bit frustrating, but I was willing to wait if it meant receiving quality care. Overall, I would recommend CenterWell Senior Primary Care to others. They seem to have a genuine interest in their patients' well-being and are dedicated to providing excellent care. With a few tweaks to their communication and wait times, they could be even more effective at meeting patients' needs.
