This community has a lot to offer, with a beautiful and well-maintained atmosphere. The wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance make it easy for everyone to access. The yard sale I visited was well-organized and looked nice. The community seems to have a strong sense of organization and cooperation, which is reflected in its activities. The association with Center Gate Estates adds to the community's appeal. However, the quality of the community could be improved by better maintenance of its amenities. The management could work on ensuring that all facilities are in good condition. The community also seems to be quite expensive to join or participate in. Overall, it's a good place to live and participate, but some minor improvements are needed to make it perfect. The community does not seem to be trying new things or innovating, which is a missed opportunity.
