The business provides a wide range of massage services, including deep tissue and neuromuscular massages, which have been described as life-changing by some clients. The massage therapists seem to be knowledgeable and experienced, with some mentioning their ability to pinpoint specific areas of tension and help relieve chronic pain. Many clients have praised the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the business, which includes a quiet and comfortable waiting area and a beautiful freshwater tank with African cichlids. The staff is also friendly and accommodating, with some clients mentioning that they have never had to wait for their appointments to start. However, one client mentioned that they had to wait for 15 minutes past their scheduled time for a massage, which may indicate some potential issues with time management or scheduling.
