The location of this business is convenient, as it is located on W Vine St in Kissimmee City. The store's variety of cell phone options is impressive, and the staff is knowledgeable about the products. The staff, particularly Jose, provides great customer service. The store's cleanliness and organization are also noteworthy. However, one issue that has been raised is that the staff does not always have the parts necessary for repairs, which can delay the process.
