This phone repair store is a gem in St. Petersburg City. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. They are quick to diagnose issues and fix phones in no time. The store is located inside Citgo, making it easily accessible. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the repairs is top-notch.
One reviewer mentioned that the store was inside Citgo, which is a great feature. The staff is also very helpful, as seen in the response to one of the reviews. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
The store has a wide range of services, including screen replacement, battery replacement, and water damage repair. The staff is also happy to answer questions and provide advice on how to prevent future issues.
The only issue that stands out is the negative review from one customer, who had a bad experience with a screen replacement. However, the owner's response was apologetic and offered to replace the screen for free. This suggests that the store is willing to make things right when there's a problem.
Overall, this phone repair store is a great option for anyone in need of phone repairs. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of the repairs is excellent.
