I was surprised to find that this business location offers services beyond what I initially thought. While they claim to provide a shuttle service, it seems that their main focus is on house cleaning. The staff is friendly and responsive, which is a definite plus. One issue I have is the strange case of an employee hacking into a customer's Amazon account, which raises concerns about their security protocols.Their deep cleaning services are highly praised by some customers, who appreciate the quality and professionalism of the work. The staff is also punctual and responsive, which makes them a reliable choice for those in need of cleaning services. On the other hand, I'm a bit concerned about the lack of transparency regarding their services and the potential for misleading information. The business has a decent rating of 4.4 on third-party review sites, which suggests that many customers have had positive experiences. However, the mixed reviews and the unusual security incident make me hesitant to give them a higher rating. It's worth noting that the business seems to have a strong focus on innovation, with some customers praising their use of modern cleaning equipment and techniques. However, this aspect is not consistently mentioned across all reviews, so it's difficult to say for certain how innovative they truly are.Overall, while this business location has some redeeming qualities, the security incident and mixed reviews make me wary of fully endorsing them.
