This place is truly exceptional. The instructors, particularly CC, are top-notch. They bring a level of enthusiasm and expertise that makes every class an absolute blast. CC's classes are incredibly challenging, but she's always there to guide you through every movement, ensuring you're executing proper form and technique. Her energy is contagious, and she has a way of making you feel like you're part of a community. The classes are well-structured, with a perfect balance of intensity and rest. You'll leave every class feeling empowered, sweaty, and ready to take on the day. The Lagree method is incredibly effective, and CC's coaching takes it to the next level. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, she'll push you to your limits and help you achieve your goals. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has all the necessary equipment. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. CC's passion for fitness is evident in everything she does, from the music she chooses to the way she motivates you throughout the class. One thing to note is that the classes can get crowded, so it's essential to plan ahead and book your spot in advance. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the exceptional experience you'll have at this studio.Overall, I highly recommend CC and this studio to anyone looking for an intense, rewarding, and fun workout experience. She's truly one of the best in the business, and I'm so grateful to have found her.
