This business offers top-notch feline-exclusive cat grooming services in a calm and cat-only environment. The team of certified groomers provides premium care, resulting in purr-worthy outcomes. The location is wheelchair accessible, and the amenities include a gender-neutral restroom, making it an inclusive and welcoming space. The business identifies as women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly, creating a safe space for the transgender community. The variety of payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, ensures convenience for customers. The crowd is also LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a significant plus for this community. One issue with the business is that it is not available for services on Wednesdays and Sundays, which might be inconvenient for customers who prefer a more flexible schedule. The clients' feedback highlights the exceptional service provided by the groomers, particularly Lisa, who is praised for her expertise and care. The low-stress, sedation-free approach and gentle removal of loose fur make the grooming experience enjoyable for cats and their owners. The working hours are suitable for a busy Monday to Friday schedule, with services available from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. However, it is worth noting that the business is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays, which may not be ideal for customers who prefer to visit on these days.Overall, Cattitude Spa is a great option for cat owners seeking premium grooming services in a calm and inclusive environment. While it has some limitations with its operating schedule, the business's commitment to providing high-quality care and exceptional service makes it a valuable resource for the community.
