This business location has a strong overall reputation, with a score of 4.4 out of 5. The quality of the service is average, with a score of 4.2. The pricing is also above average, with a score of 4.6. However, the innovativeness of the business is somewhat lacking, with a score of 4.1. The main issue with this location is air quality. One of the reviewers mentioned that there is a nearby burn zone that creates heavy smoke, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor spaces. This could be a concern for people with breathing issues and could impact the quality of life for residents in the area. Despite this issue, the business has received many positive reviews, with customers praising the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, particularly Dominga Flaquer. The business has a wide range of home options, with beautiful designs and a good location. The prices are competitive, and the community is welcoming and well-maintained. Overall, this business location has a lot to offer, but the air quality issue is something to be aware of.
