This business location has established a well-structured operation with a strong focus on quality. From the pool design to the installation, the clients have been impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. The pool designs are tailored to meet individual needs, and the construction process is done with precision and care. However, there have been some issues with communication and follow-up after the sale, which has led to some negative experiences. The clients have praised the staff for being responsive and helpful, but there have been instances where follow-up calls and emails have gone unanswered. Additionally, there have been some complaints about the quality of the materials used, particularly with regards to the concrete pads and pool equipment.Despite these issues, the business has managed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with many clients praising the end result of their pool installations. The business has a strong reputation in the area, with many clients recommending them to friends and family. One major issue that has been highlighted by clients is the lack of accountability and communication from the management team. There have been instances where clients have been left waiting for months for repairs or follow-up, only to be told that it is not their responsibility. The business could benefit from improving their communication and follow-up processes, as well as providing clearer expectations and timelines for their clients. With these improvements, they could further enhance their reputation and provide a more seamless experience for their clients. The prices charged by the business are competitive, and clients have praised the value for money they receive. However, there have been some complaints about the high cost of repairs and maintenance, which has led to some negative reviews.Overall, the business has a strong foundation, but there are areas that need improvement. With a focus on communication, quality, and customer service, they could further establish themselves as a leading provider of pool installations in the area.
