This condominium complex is a hidden gem in Lakeland City, offering a serene and private living experience. The beautiful location is a major draw, with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance making it easily accessible for all. The working hours are standard Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, which is convenient for those who work nearby. However, one issue that needs to be addressed is the lack of accommodation for veterans, as highlighted by a client who faced difficulties with VA loan benefits and bylaws that didn't align with VA regulations.Despite this, the complex is known for its stunning architecture and well-maintained facilities, making it a great option for those looking for a peaceful and luxurious living experience. The phone number +18633248400 is available for inquiries and bookings. Co-branded with Casa Loma Club Inc, the complex offers a range of amenities and services that make it a sought-after location in the area.
