Unfortunately, a client experienced a difficult situation where they had to cancel their purchase due to personal reasons, but the sales person lost interest in helping them out and kept their deposit despite the circumstances. One main issue is the lack of understanding and flexibility from the sales person in handling a client's cancellation due to unforeseen personal circumstances. This issue may discourage potential clients who value customer service and understanding.
