This Carquest Auto Parts location is a great place to find the parts you need. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, often going above and beyond to assist customers. The store has a wide selection of parts, and the prices are reasonable. However, there seems to be a bit of inconsistency in the hours of operation, with some days being closed during peak hours. Overall, this is a great option for those in the area looking for automotive parts.Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, there seems to be one issue with the customer service. In one instance, a customer felt disrespected by a staff member, who appeared to be having a bad day. This incident was not the norm, as most customers praised the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. The store has a lot of good features, including a wide selection of parts, reasonable prices, and a convenient location. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they seem to take pride in their work. However, the hours of operation could be more consistent, and there could be more flexibility with appointment scheduling. Overall, this is a great option for those in the area looking for automotive parts.
