This business location is a well-established and reputable choice for tile and flooring needs. The business has a clear focus on providing high-quality services, as evident from the many positive reviews. The quality of their work is consistently praised, with attention to detail and professionalism being key strengths. The prices for their services seem to be reasonable and competitive, making it an attractive option for customers. While the business doesn't necessarily stand out in terms of innovativeness, they have found effective ways to adapt to their customers' needs, as seen in the handling of unexpected issues during a project. However, there is a noticeable absence of weekend working hours, which might not be convenient for customers who prefer to shop on Saturdays or Sundays. Despite this, the business's strong reputation and commitment to quality services make it a reliable choice for those seeking reliable tile and flooring solutions. The business is accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and they offer delivery services to make the shopping experience more convenient. They also have a service guarantee in place, giving customers added peace of mind. It's worth noting that the business has a small business designation, which may appeal to customers looking to support local and community-driven initiatives. Overall, this location is a solid choice for those in need of tile and flooring services, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
