The location is a commercial real estate agency that offers a wide range of services, including onsite and online appointments. The building is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that cater to people with disabilities. However, it's worth noting that some clients have reported issues with the agency's professionalism and reliability. The agency appears to have a strong focus on pricing, with many clients praising their competitive rates. However, the quality of their services has been mixed, with some clients expressing dissatisfaction with the level of service they received. The agency's innovativeness is a notable strength, with a client praising the agent's sharp understanding of the lending landscape and their dedication to clients. However, other clients have reported issues with the agency's promises and delivery. The agency's working hours are 24/7, Monday through Sunday, which may be beneficial for clients with non-traditional schedules. However, it's worth noting that one client reported a lack of responsiveness from the agency. One major issue that stands out is that some clients have reported feeling taken advantage of, with the agency making promises and not delivering just to get money out of them. This is a red flag for potential clients and may be worth investigating further before working with the agency.
