This business location is in a decent area with convenient access to major roads. However, it has a lot of room for improvement. The park is in need of a facelift, with older trailers and some maintenance issues. The management has been a major concern for many residents, with reports of disrespect, unavailability, and poor communication.
The main issue is the management's behavior towards residents, particularly the elderly. They have been known to threaten evictions for accepting food deliveries, which is a major concern. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates a hostile environment for residents.
Despite some positive comments from residents who have enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere, the park's problems far outweigh the good. The park needs new management that prioritizes the needs and well-being of its residents.
The location is also a bit too expensive considering the amenities and services offered. The park could improve by providing more inclusive and supportive services for its residents, such as a pool, community events, and adequate maintenance.
It's worth noting that some residents have mentioned that the park is being managed by a new company, but it seems that the issues are still persistent. Overall, this park is not a recommended choice for potential residents.
