Carlton House Apartment Motel is a modest motel located on St Pete Beach City, within walking distance to the beach. It offers a range of accommodations, including efficiency apartments and cottages, with free Wi-Fi and parking. The motel's heated outdoor pool and charming grounds make it a peaceful retreat. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with owners like Betty who take great pride in keeping the property clean and well-maintained. While the motel's rooms may be a bit dated, they are clean and comfortable, with kitchenettes and appliances for basic meal preparations. Overall, Carlton House Apartment Motel is a great value for its price, with a perfect location and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. However, some guests have noted that the motel's parking can be limited, and the rooms may not be suitable for all tastes, but for those looking for a quiet and convenient place to stay on St Pete Beach, Carlton House is a great choice.
