Carl's Appliance Repair is a reliable and trustworthy service provider that has been in operation for over 25 years. They offer same-day services and are factory-trained to repair various home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, and dryers. The business has a good reputation, with most customers praising their excellent service, reasonable prices, and honesty. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. However, there is one area for improvement - the initial consultation process. In one case, a customer was presented with a bill for a service call after declining a verbal estimate, which raised concerns about transparency and pricing.Overall, Carl's Appliance Repair is a good choice for those seeking reliable and affordable appliance repair services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and honesty is commendable, and they have a strong reputation in the industry. The business operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. They can be contacted at 941-780-3689 or through their website at http://www.carlsappliancerepair.com/.
