This location is very helpful in finding jobs and getting assistance with unemployment. The staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are very patient and understanding, which makes the experience of dealing with the complex system much easier. Unfortunately, sometimes the phone is not answered, which can be frustrating.The parking lot is on-site and wheelchair accessible, making it easy to get in and out of the building. The entrance is also wheelchair accessible, which is great for people with mobility issues. The amenities include a restroom, which is also wheelchair accessible.Some employees, such as Capt. Tina Manley and Candi Orsini, stand out for their exceptional help and support. They are willing to go above and beyond to assist with job searching, unemployment, and other related issues. One issue to be aware of is the occasional unavailability of phone support, which can make it difficult to get in touch with the office.
