This fitness location is open around the clock, which is a huge convenience for those who like to work out at unusual hours. They offer appointments, but it's not necessary to schedule one in advance. The personal trainer, Kate, is fantastic and always takes the time to work with each client's needs. She even offers remote sessions, which is a great option for those who are unable to physically attend. The location itself has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easy for everyone to get in and out. The facility also has a restroom available for use. Payment methods include debit cards, which is convenient for those who prefer not to use credit cards. The co-brand, Capra Fitness, has a strong online presence with a website that's easy to navigate. While the hours are a bit unusual, they seem to work for most people. Kate's dedication to her clients is evident in the glowing reviews, which all mention her expertise, kindness, and ability to tailor workouts to individual needs. One potential issue is that there is no information available on the pricing for sessions.
