The location of Cao Tires & Rims is a well-established and reputable business in St. Petersburg City, with a strong reputation among customers. The majority of reviews praise the quality of service, highlighting the friendly and knowledgeable staff, efficient work, and competitive pricing. Many customers have reported quick turnaround times, with some even mentioning that they were in and out within 10-20 minutes. However, there is one negative review that stands out, where a customer felt that the shop did not handle their rims properly and damaged them. The shop owner responded, clarifying that they do not carry center caps or hubcaps and that the customer must have been mistaken about the shop's practices.Despite this isolated incident, the overall impression of Cao Tires & Rims is overwhelmingly positive. The shop seems to prioritize customer satisfaction, with many reviewers mentioning that they were treated with respect and honesty. The shop's LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe environment is also notable, with many reviewers specifically mentioning this as a factor in their positive experience. The working hours of the shop are standard, with regular business hours from Monday to Saturday. The shop also accepts various payment methods, including debit and credit cards, and offers convenient services such as on-site services, in-store shopping, and curbside pickup.Overall, Cao Tires & Rims is a reliable and trustworthy business that prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers competitive pricing. While there may be some minor issues to be aware of, the shop's positive reputation and friendly staff make it a great choice for anyone in need of tire services.
