This is a top-rated pet grooming business that provides exceptional service to dogs under 20 pounds. The facility is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for pet owners with mobility issues. The business is open by appointment only, ensuring a private and stress-free experience for pets. The staff, particularly Christine, is highly skilled and patient, catering to the needs of senior dogs. The business has a long history of excellent service, dating back to 2005. It has a strong reputation among pet owners, with many customers returning year after year. However, the business has some issues with the parking lot being in close proximity to the building. Christine's attention to detail and ability to work with dogs with behavioral issues make her a standout groomer. She creates a calm environment for pets, ensuring they feel at ease during grooming sessions. Pet owners appreciate the business's commitment to quality, professionalism, and value. While the business is not particularly innovative, it has managed to maintain its high standards over the years.
