The review of Cane Island apartment complex is largely positive, with many residents praising the friendly and helpful staff, excellent living conditions, and convenient location. However, some negative comments highlight issues with high humidity and mold in some units, as well as inconsistent trash collection. The complex's amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and outdoor spaces, are well-maintained and enjoyed by many residents. While some maintenance issues have been reported, the staff is generally responsive and efficient in addressing concerns. Overall, Cane Island is a decent place to live, but it's essential to be aware of potential humidity and maintenance issues. One significant issue that stands out is the inconsistency in trash collection, which can lead to unpleasant experiences for residents.
