This self-storage facility has both positive and negative points. Although it has a convenient location, wheelchair accessible parking and entrance, it falls short in terms of overall quality. The facility's name, Candlelight Storage, is a bit misleading, as one reviewer found no candles anywhere. The working hours are limited, with no availability on weekdays except for Fridays. However, the staff seems friendly and helpful, with some reviewers praising Lisa's nice personality. The facility seems to be well-maintained and offers good storage solutions. Some reviewers appreciated the affordability and good condition of their stored belongings.A standout aspect is the pricing, which is considered very competitive. This might be a major draw for customers looking for a budget-friendly storage option.Unfortunately, the facility's innovation and adaptability could be improved. The lack of modern features and services might make it less appealing to customers with more complex storage needs. Please note that the ratings and review text are based on the provided data and are not influenced by external factors.
