I had a great experience at Candia Holdings, with a very professional environment from the start. The property managers were well-versed and provided a comfortable space for both startups and established businesses. The amenities were top-notch, with coffee available, clean restrooms, high-speed internet, phone services, and even a cafeteria and outdoor break areas. The location is also convenient, close to grocery stores and beaches. However, the wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance were the only two notable accessibility features I noticed, which was a bit limited compared to what I expected. Overall, Candia Holdings is a great choice for businesses looking for a convenient and professional space to grow.
