This credit union provides excellent services. Every customer experience mentioned was extremely positive. Members praised the staff's helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism. Employees, such as Essy, Sheila, and Brenda, went above and beyond to ensure customers felt comfortable and satisfied. One member even credited staff with solving their issues within minutes. Customers expressed gratitude for the credit union's efficient service, polite and courteous behavior, and helpful nature. Overall, the service experience at this location was of the highest quality. One minor issue is the issue with a woman, identified as teller 2311, who was INCREDIBLY rude and argumentative. However, this was an isolated incident. The overwhelming majority of experiences highlighted the exceptional customer service and staff at this credit union location. The overall experience was overwhelmingly positive.
