This business has a decent overall rating, which is reflected in its consistent working hours throughout the week, making it convenient for customers to visit. The quality of the services seems to be a bit mixed, with some customers expressing satisfaction with the fast and good service, while others experienced issues with repairs and customer service. Pricing appears to be reasonable, as some customers mentioned it was within their budget. However, the innovativeness of the business is unclear, as there is no information provided about its new or unique approaches to custom home building or real estate development. The business has received multiple negative reviews from customers who experienced issues with repairs, customer service, and the quality of the homes. Some customers mentioned that the business used cheap labor and materials, which resulted in poor quality homes. Others experienced delays in moving in and issues with basic living functions, such as hot water. One customer even mentioned that the business would not honor promised repairs prior to close, which can be a significant concern for potential customers.
