This business location is known for its pleasant experience, as many customers have had great times visiting the island and taking the ferry. The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable, making the trip enjoyable. The beach is considered beautiful, and the island has a lot to offer, including shells, sand dollars, and a peaceful atmosphere. Some customers have expressed that the ferry ride is short and relaxing, with the option to see dolphins along the way. However, a few customers have mentioned that the service can be slow and that the staff may be unfriendly at times. One customer reported having a bad experience with a staff member who was rude and unprofessional. The business has a good overall rating, but some issues with customer service need to be addressed.
