By the Bay Dog Grooming offers exceptional quality services that make it stand out. The business has received numerous 5-star reviews from clients who have praised their pet groomers, Brenda and Jennifer, for being knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They provide a variety of services, including dog full service grooming, ear cleaning, and nail trimming, and cater to pets of all breeds and sizes. The business is also notable for being LGBTQ+ friendly, women-owned, and having wheelchair-accessible seating and parking. The prices are reasonable, and the business is open 7 days a week, with extended hours on weekdays. However, one area for improvement is that the business does not have a presence on Sundays, which may not be ideal for pet owners who need grooming services on weekends. The business has also received high praise for its ability to work with pets that have special needs or anxiety issues, and for its willingness to go the extra mile to make sure pets feel comfortable and relaxed during the grooming process. The use of NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards is also a convenient option for clients.Overall, By the Bay Dog Grooming is a top-notch business that offers exceptional quality services, a welcoming and inclusive environment, and a commitment to providing the best possible care for pets.
