Onsite services are also available, which can be a time-saver for those who need immediate attention. The company's working hours are standard Monday through Friday, with no weekend hours.
The overall experience for most customers is positive, with a high rating of 4.5 stars. Many clients have praised the quality of work, citing professional and courteous staff. However, one client had a disappointing experience, stating that they did not receive a call back after leaving information. The owner responded promptly and apologized, offering a direct phone number for future communication.
It's worth noting that the pricing score is blank, as there is no information available about the cost of services. Despite this, many clients have expressed satisfaction with the value they received from the company. The innovative approach to concrete work is also a highlight, with some clients praising the creative solutions provided by the team.
One potential issue is the lack of a callback from the company after leaving information, as experienced by one client. However, the owner's prompt response and apology demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
