I visited John's office located in Building 1620 on Main St Street, Suite 7, in Sarasota City. The building and the suite seemed nice and well-maintained. I had a chance to call their phone number +19415390844, and the phone was answered by a person who identified themselves as a representative of John's office. They also have a partnership with BuyFloridaRealty.com, which seems to be a reputable website. The services offered by John's office seem to be focused on helping people find the right real estate, including houses and apartments, in Florida. They also assist with the relocation process, which can be overwhelming, especially for people moving from out-of-state. John's website seems to be helpful in providing information about the pros and cons of moving to Florida.Overall, the experience I had with John's office was pleasant, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, I had to wait a bit for the phone to be answered, which was the only drawback I experienced.
