This location is a wonderful place to live. The condos are great, with amazing views of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is a great amenity, and the private beachside cabana is a nice touch. The property is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the amenities. The staff is super nice and helpful, with maintenance guys like Tony doing a great job. The irrigation guy, John, is also very skilled and professional. The location is great, with bay to Gulf access and a private beach. It's clear that the property managers are dedicated to making this a great place to live, and it shows in the attention to detail and the quality of the amenities. However, some of the condos could use some renovation work, and the pool area could be improved to make it more modern and inviting. Overall, this is a great place to call home, with a lot of amenities and a beautiful location.
