The location offers a wide range of services, including automotive and motorcycle repair, animal service, and animal hotels. They have a convenient location on Lotus Dr N Street in Dunedin City, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. However, their working hours are limited, with no services available on Thursdays and Sundays.
The staff at the location is knowledgeable and experienced, with many customers praising their professionalism and friendly service. Butch's mobile truck repair unit is also available, which can be a huge advantage for customers who need urgent repairs.
One issue that needs to be addressed is the lack of transparency regarding their pricing. Some customers have reported feeling taken advantage of, with one customer feeling that they were charged too much for a repair that was not completed to their satisfaction. This could be a major turn-off for potential customers.
Overall, the location seems to have a good reputation, with many customers praising their services and staff. However, they need to work on their pricing transparency and customer communication to avoid any misunderstandings.
The services offered include oil changes, mechanic services, and animal care. The location is wheelchair accessible and accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments and credit cards.
