This business is a great choice for those looking for custom boat trailers in Bradenton, FL. With a 4.5-star rating, it's clear that customers are satisfied with their experience. The trailers are of high quality, as mentioned in several reviews, with customers praising the attention to detail and the use of durable materials. The pricing of the trailers is also a major advantage, with one customer mentioning that they were affordable and well-built. However, it's worth noting that one customer had a poor experience with customer service, which may be a concern for some potential buyers.Despite this issue, the business seems to be doing a great job of providing excellent customer service to most customers. The owners are responsive and appreciative of feedback, which suggests that they value their customers' opinions. The trailers themselves are custom-built to meet each customer's specific needs, with one customer even getting a trailer built in a short amount of time due to the owner's willingness to work late. This level of service is impressive and suggests that the business is committed to meeting its customers' needs.Overall, Built-Rite Trailers is a great choice for anyone looking for a custom boat trailer in the area. With its high-quality products, affordable pricing, and excellent customer service, it's no wonder that customers are giving it such high ratings.
