The company, Builders Door & Supply Inc, has been in operation for a while, and the address is Building 2022, 12th St Street, Sarasota City. The website is sarasotabuildersdoorsupply.com, and the phone number is +18003045070. It's a well-established business, and its features include wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Unfortunately, the overall experience for customers has been inconsistent. While some customers have had positive experiences with the company, praising their quality, service, and professionalism, others have reported numerous issues with the business. Many customers have complained about poor quality, delayed orders, and a lack of communication from the staff. Some have even reported that the company has a habit of not following through on their commitments. It's worth noting that some customers have had difficulty getting in touch with the company, and when they do, they're often met with a lack of enthusiasm or a sense of urgency. This lack of professionalism and communication has led to a poor overall experience for many customers. The company's working hours are from 7:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, but they're not available on Saturdays and Sundays. It's essential to check the website or call the company before visiting to confirm their hours and availability. In terms of pricing, it seems that the company has been inconsistent in their quotes and pricing. While some customers have reported competitive prices, others have complained about being overcharged or underquoted.Unfortunately, the innovativeness of the company is not well-represented, as there's a lack of new ideas or creative solutions to customers' problems. The company seems to stick to traditional methods and products, which may not be as effective or efficient as newer solutions.Overall, the experience at Builders Door & Supply Inc is inconsistent, and customers may want to approach with caution. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have reported significant issues with quality, communication, and professionalism.
