This business location, Bug Slayer Mosquito Systems, appears to be a reputable pest control service in Safety Harbor, FL. However, I had a few concerns during my visit. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for customers with disabilities. The working hours seem to be consistent, with a clear schedule posted online.Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service team was a bit concerning. One client reported that they were unable to get in touch with the local representative, Kevin, after being given their contact information. This lack of follow-through may be a one-off issue, but it's worth noting. On the other hand, many clients have reported positive experiences with the company. One client highly recommended them for their great prices and quality products. Another client praised the professionalism and value of the service, and mentioned that the bug system they installed was amazing. The company seems to offer a range of services, including ant, bug, flea, mite, mosquito, and spider extermination. They also have a mosquito mist control system that is versatile and effective. It's worth noting that the company has been in business for a long time, and many clients have reported being impressed with the quality of work done by their technician, Sam.Overall, while I had some concerns with the customer service team, the positive reviews and testimonials suggest that Bug Slayer Mosquito Systems is a reliable and effective pest control service. It's worth considering their services if you're in the area.
