The Bug Doctor is a reliable and professional pest control service provider, operating in West Central Florida. With a reputation for providing expert and ethical services, they have earned the trust of their clients. The company's technicians, such as Stephen, Steve, and Terry, are knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with, taking the time to explain the treatment plan and answer any questions. The services offered by The Bug Doctor are thorough and effective, ranging from general pest inspections to extermination of specific pests like spiders, ants, and hornets. The company's pricing is reasonable, with some clients praising the great prices they offer. However, there is one area for improvement. It seems that The Bug Doctor may struggle with rescheduling and following up with clients, as evident in one negative review where the client was left waiting without a call or explanation.Overall, The Bug Doctor is a trustworthy and effective pest control service provider, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Their reliable and professional technicians, combined with their reasonable pricing, make them a great choice for residents in West Central Florida.
