The location is a Budget Truck Rental agency, part of the larger Budget Truck Rental brand. It's located at Building 10220 on Palm River Road in Tampa City. The agency is accessible 24/7, except for Sundays when it opens a bit later at 8 am. One notable feature is the on-site parking for customers. They accept both debit and credit cards for payments. The location has wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. This could be beneficial for visitors with mobility issues.
During the day, the agency is open from 6 am to 11 pm on weekdays and from 6 am to 11 pm on weekends. On Sundays, it's open from 8 am to 11 pm.
Overall, the customer reviews suggest a mediocre experience. Some visitors have reported difficulties with getting into their reservations, lack of available trucks, and poor customer service. However, others have praised the friendly and cooperative staff. It's worth noting that some issues may have been resolved as part of the customer service efforts. One major issue is the lack of available trucks, which led to some customers being charged a $75 fee despite no trucks being available.
Considering the mixed feedback, the overall score reflects the agency's decent but not outstanding performance. The quality and pricing scores are average, reflecting the agency's ability to meet basic customer needs but not excel in these areas.
