The location has a somewhat average quality, with multiple customers complaining about issues such as rude staff, poorly maintained vehicles, and unhelpful customer service. However, some customers have reported having a good experience, such as easy check-in and check-out, and good selection of cars. The location's pricing is generally considered good, but there may be some discrepancies in the billing process. The innovativeness of the location is not a major factor, and there is a lack of information available about this aspect. The location's website and working hours are available, but some customers have reported issues with the staff's knowledge of the reservation system. There have been multiple reports of vehicles being rented out in poor condition, with issues such as a defective roof, broken windshield, and steering problems. Some customers have also reported being charged extra fees without explanation, and having to deal with unhelpful and rude staff. Overall, the location has a somewhat average quality, but there are some significant issues that need to be addressed.
