This van rental agency is located on Land O' Lakes Boulevard, a relatively convenient spot for travelers. However, it falls short in terms of overall quality. One issue that stands out is the unavailability of Budget rentals, making it impossible to secure a vehicle. The lack of budget options is disappointing, especially given the agency's name. The exact cause of this issue is unclear. The business is a part of a larger co-brand, Budget Truck Rental, which may indicate a broader problem with their services. The overall rating of the location is affected by this issue. The exact pricing structure is not available, which makes it hard to make a judgment about the cost-effectiveness of the agency. Despite some potential, the agency has yet to demonstrate true innovativeness.
