This location has many great qualities that make it a solid choice for customers. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with many reviewers mentioning that they provided excellent customer service. The location is also convenient, with on-site parking and wheelchair accessibility. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed. For example, some reviewers mentioned that the trucks were not properly cleaned or maintained, which can be a major issue for customers. Additionally, there have been some problems with over-milage pricing and difficulty returning trucks. Overall, this location has the potential to be a top-notch choice, but it needs to work on its attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Some customers have also reported having to wait for a long time to pick up their rented truck, which can be frustrating.
