This Budget Truck Rental location on 66th St N Street in St. Petersburg has a reputation for being a disappointing experience. The overall rating is low, likely due to the numerous complaints from customers. The quality of service is also a major concern, with many reviewers expressing frustration with the lack of helpful staff, unclean vehicles, and poor communication.
There are many issues that customers have experienced with this location. Some have been charged extra fees without justification, while others have had their reservations cancelled or vehicles not available. The staff has been described as unhelpful and sometimes rude. The location's system for handling customer service is also flawed, with many customers reporting difficulty in getting assistance over the phone or in person.
Pricing is not a major concern for this location, as many reviewers have commented that the prices are competitive with other truck rental companies. However, the lack of quality and helpful service makes up for any potential savings.
Unfortunately, this location does not seem to be innovating in any way. The same issues and complaints have been reported for years, suggesting that the company is not taking steps to improve the customer experience.
Overall, it is clear that this Budget Truck Rental location on 66th St N Street in St. Petersburg is not a reliable or trustworthy option for customers. With so many complaints and low ratings, it may be best to look elsewhere for truck rental needs.
