This business is a well-established location that caters to a variety of needs, including automotive services, tire sales, and animal care. The shop is open on weekdays and Saturdays, with the same hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The business is a safe space for the transgender community and is also LGBTQ+ friendly, making it a welcoming environment for people from all backgrounds. The shop accepts debit cards and credit cards as forms of payment.
The owner has been praised for being honest and transparent in their dealings with customers, with some even citing it as a reason for returning for repeat business. The staff is described as knowledgeable and helpful, making the experience of visiting the shop a positive one.
However, there is an issue with the quality of service, as one customer has experienced a subpar experience. They claim that the staff made incorrect assumptions and charged them unnecessarily, which is a concern for potential customers.
The shop is also known for its competitive pricing, with some customers praising the value for money they get. The business is not stagnant, with a willingness to innovate and improve its services.
Overall, this business offers a unique blend of services and a welcoming environment, making it a great option for those in need of automotive or animal care services. However, there is room for improvement in terms of quality control.
